One expert, every lesson
You always work with me: Oxford-educated, TEFL-certified, with training in psychology and counseling and 17 years of senior leadership.
Lessons built for one person
No scripts or recycled worksheets. Each lesson is prepared around the student's goals, needs and interests.
Progress you can see
Written class summaries record corrections, new language and next steps, so progress is visible week by week.

How payment works
First lesson: paid in advance
The first lesson is a full lesson at the standard rate, and a chance for us to see whether we're a good fit. I send an invoice with your booking confirmation, payable at least 24 hours before the lesson. There is no free trial, but if I decide we're not a good fit, I'll refund the full cost.
After that: your choice
Once you're signed up, you can buy a discounted package of lessons, or pay after lessons.
15-minute grace period
For every lesson, I'll wait up to 15 minutes for you to join. Lessons end at the scheduled time, so a late start means a shorter lesson. If you haven't joined or contacted me within 15 minutes, the lesson counts as missed. If something comes up, contact me as soon as possible.
Changes to the first lesson
Reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and your payment becomes a credit for the new time. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, or if you miss the lesson, there's no refund. If I cancel, you get a full refund or a new time. Full details.
Package discounts
Discounts are available when you book a package of lessons or a regular weekly schedule. Ask about current packages when you book or send a message.
Custom lesson lengths
Some students do better with shorter sessions, and some exam candidates want longer ones. Lesson length can be adjusted to the student's needs, and we'll agree the price when we plan.
